The Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) in Rotherham is home to many world-class manufacturing companies, with neighbours including Boeing, McLaren and Rolls Royce, as well as the AMRC (Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre) and the newly formed NMRC (Nuclear Manufacturing Research Centre). It’s an inspiring location right at the heart of all the latest development and innovation – the ‘place to be’ for engineering in the UK.

X-Cel Superturn specialises in the manufacture and supply of oil and gas customer products. Machining, NDT, Coating and assembly is completed within the same manufacturing site offering a true full turnkey service. Products include but not limited to:

X-Cel’s AMP headquarters is also home to the group’s Coating, Assembly and Pressure testing plant, holding many end-user approvals for Xylan and Molybdenum Disulphate coating and can accommodate parts of up to 2 metres diameter x 3 metres long.

Also on site is a dedicated assembly cell for customer turn key products including (but not limited to) Subsea Gate Valves, Subsea Connection Systems, Ball Valves, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Actuators, Valve Sub-Assemblies.
