Proprietary Sub-sea Gaskets and Seals

We specialize in manufacturing complex gaskets and seals to our customer’s designs for use in very demanding sub-sea applications. These are produced mainly from exotic alloys including 718, 625, 825 and Monel, and range from 30mm to 1300mm diameter. Typically they will have a variety of complex angles, grooves and high surface finish requirements.

Material specifications are very stringent due to the need for integrity whilst on the seabed, our team of experts are well versed with these requirements to ensure the customer always gets the right quality.

Local and Global Agreements with many of the Worlds largest Xmas Tree and Subsea equpment manufacturers mean we are constsntly under pressure to perform. The X-Cel philosophy is to stock Customer specific parts under these agreements to ensure stock outs and shortages are minimised increasing performance for them.
