Machining Capacity

Our purpose built 30,000 square foot factory is fully serviced by 10 & 25 tonne overhead cranes. This is complimented by brazing, shotblasting, component cleaning and marking equipment.

We also have well-established relationships with steel stockholding, heat treatment, carbide spraying, hardfacing and grinding companies.

We have one Hitachi Seiki twin turret CNClathe with a 250mm chuck, components can be turned and bored simultaneously resulting in short cycle times and very competitive prices... more info »

We have a Mazak Integrex 400 and a Mazak Integrex 300, with twin spindles and a robot loader... more info »

4-axis CNC machining centre (x 4)

Dah-Lih vertical machining centres all with 4th axis, can handle components up to 2100mm long whilst the Mazak AJV25045 has a slightly smaller capacity... more info »
