X-Cel Superturn Invest in more CNC Machinery

Due to a further increase in business X-Cel have invested in another 5 Axis multi-face milling machine from Mazak. The VTC-800/30SR allows us to machine multi-face and 5 - Axis simultaneous thanks to the 110 deg swinging 18000RPM spindle and NC Table. The travelling column design with staionary table is extremely effective for large, long work pieces.
Further investments are planned over the next 12 Months.

We are proud to announce that X-Cel Superturn are officially confirmed as 17th in the table of top 100 SME's South Yorkshire and 6th overall in the Sheffield area. The survey which was carried out by Barber Harrison and Platt Chartered Accountants on behalf of the Sheffield Star and looked at Turnover,Tax profits and employee numbers to determine the table.
